Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Pulaski Skyway, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. All the Best! Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.

The edit summary field looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary, and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! PhilKnight (talk) 12:56, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

What did I do? Grdfgbhytrdc (talk) 12:56, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Isn't that obvious? Not leave an edit summary, that's what. Drmies (talk) 16:51, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest you use the WP:Requested moves process. PhilKnight (talk) 15:33, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Warning

[edit]

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you.

Let me be clear: you cannot move pages until you are autoconfirmed. It's that simple. You cannot bypass technical restrictions like this. You can also use requested moves at noted above but you'll need to have a good reason for the request. Taking Out The Trash (talk) 17:16, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

@Grdfgbhytrdc: Repeating the same behavior and expecting different results is futile. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 17:39, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You couldn't stop yourself, could you. Drmies (talk) 18:56, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I knew from his attitude he would try something like this when TPA got revoked. This 'I can't hear You' attitude really needs to being nipped in the button by @Grdfgbhytrdc. If your paying attention, @Grdfgbhytrdc, I suggest you seriously consider rethinking yourself on the web as a whole before your conduct on here catches up with you off the screen. Because it will happen if this continues from you. Fantastic Mr. Fox (talk) 19:09, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
