Infobox images
[edit]Hi there, re: this edit, please don't use images with watermarks on them. See WP:WATERMARK. Additionally, images used in the infobox are not decorations, they are intended to be used for readers to identify the subject visually. That means we should be using portraits, not full-body shots. See Brad Pitt as an example. Also, re: this, this is not a good caption for a photo. You shouldn't just copy the image title. Wikipedia is a neutral encyclopedia and in this caption it sounds like we are in awe of her by saying that she "graced" the award event. I've changed it to "Dilaik at the 10th Gold Awards", which is far less drool-y. Also, we don't need to say the subject's full name over and over. See WP:SURNAME. Thank you. - Hello Guntaaz, I noticed that you have been replacing the neatly cropped images with watermarked ones ([1], [2], [3] etc.) on a consistent basis despite being warned. Kindly refrain from making such edits in the future to avoid the risk of being reported to administrators. Thanks -- Ab207 (talk) 18:01, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
- Hello Cyphoidbomb. I'm notifying you as a last resort. Guntaaz has continued to replace well-cropped images with watermarked ones without any explaination. Diff: [4], [5]. Kindly look into it. -- Ab207 (talk) 13:09, 5 April 2021 (UTC)
I have changed the image because it was very blurry... Guntaaz (talk) 04:42, 6 April 2021 (UTC)
- File:Mouni Roy graces the Star Screen Awards 2018 (10) (cropped).jpg isn't any blurrier than File:Mouni Roy graces the Star Screen Awards 2018 (10).jpg. It is literally a cropped poption of that same image. DMacks (talk) 05:14, 6 April 2021 (UTC)
Dear DMacks,I was talking about Surbhi Chandna's image not Mouni Roy...
Kylie Jenner
[edit]Hello there, I would like to know why did u change the picture which I have added of Kylie jenner? The reason why I changed it in the first place is because the picture before was low Quality, u just went and changed my picture to a older picture of Kylie. Flash Lloyd (talk) 20:17, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) @Flash Lloyd: The image was a copyright violation. Instagram does not publish media under a free license; that licensing is limited to its users, and I do not believe the uploader of that image allowed such a use. Jalen Folf (talk) 05:29, 23 February 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at Helly Shah, you may be blocked from editing. There is a Wikipedia Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. DMacks (talk) 06:28, 7 March 2021 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia. Nearly every one of your edits have been undone by a wide range of other editors. That should indicate you need to stop or slow down change what you are doing. You are using poor(er) images and inappropriate captions. DMacks (talk) 09:52, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
- Guntaaz, this is just ridiculous captioning and so is this. If you can't figure out how to be brief, or why you shouldn't just copy the image's file name as a caption, then you are almost certainly going to be blocked for incompetence. "Kapoor at the Times Of India Film Awards (2016)" is sufficient. The Karisma caption is absurd because she's not at an online store, she's at a press event, likely promoting that online store. If English is not your primary language, you may find it easier to edit at a Wikipedia in your native tongue. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:11, 11 March 2021 (UTC)

No point saying sorry as you are blocked permanently for disrupting Wikipedia when you wasn’t listening to any warnings given to you. Roshnikaur123 (talk) 20:34, 17 May 2021 (UTC)
Actually i don't open the notifications everyday Guntaaz (talk) 13:29, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
Actually Roshnikaur123 i was new to Wikipedia, so i didn't knew alot about it. So that's the reason 😇 Guntaaz (talk) 13:33, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
User:Guntaaz If you didn’t know then when users warned you about adding such images why were you ignoring them and kept doing it more anyways enjoy being blocked. I think you are lying you knew everything and about not checking your talk page I have seen you replying to other users warning straight after they commented here. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Please don't add date/place of birth information without also adding a reliable source for those.
