Speedy deletion nomination of User:Gwent Radio[edit]

Hi i intend to make useful contributions about topic in South Wales, UK I thought i was following the guidelines but wiki has confused me by not being clear i understand that now lol. Wiki is very confusing but i wish to learn and to contribute my ip address had been blocked so i at a lost what is the best thing to do because i cannot start a new account? using a nick nameGwent Radio (talk) 11:03, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
