Seconded. Sorry Haddock, but I've seen this come up a few times before and it always ends up going back to the highest identifiable sovereign state. I don't have previous Scotland vs. UK discussion links to hand but this ground has been covered extensively in the past. You will need to raise a wider discussion (or any discussion at all) to change the consensus. I've reverted your other changes to flags. Franamax (talk) 01:42, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
