Wikipedia:RFC/U At least two editors must have contacted the user on their talk page, or the talk pages involved in the dispute, and tried but failed to resolve the problem. [1] 2 OK; Drmies, you got those diffs above, how do I fill it. Hafspajen (talk) 12:46, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Drmies, I am not watching your talk page any more - it is like back to candle-situation, - as usual, one may feel adding it. Will you help filling in the request? Hafspajen (talk) 19:42, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Drmies, I was appreciating your good advices, not to take things seriously, but sorry but this was kind of the last drop. Drmies, will you help me now filling in the request? Hafspajen (talk) 20:14, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • What you need to do is, first of all, formulate what the basic problem is. Disruption? (and of what kind?) personal attacks? NPOV editing? incivility? You posted a list on my talk from a page on Disruptive editing: Formulate it based on that list. Then, collect a set of diffs for it, but you'll have to be concise, and including a lot of pictures is, in my opinion, counterproductive. You want to invite participation from various kinds of editors, not just those with experience in the FP process, and text is central here. A set of images saying "The distinctive features" doesn't tell me what the problem is.

Also, you will need a second editor to agree with starting this RfC, and I think you'll want to ask Crisco or another person who has experience with this perceived disruption: you need another editor to certify the RfC.

If I were you I'd look at a couple of old RfCs to see how those are organized and set up, and follow the model; see Wikipedia:Requests for comment/User conduct/Archive

Finally, you need to consider what kind of outcome you're looking for. Starting an RfC and saying "I want this editor blocked", that's not how it works. I suggest you look at Wikipedia:Requests_for_comment/User_conduct/Guidance#The_nature_of_RfC.2FU, and then ponder what you want the RfC to achieve. So start by drafting something that looks like one of those old RfCs. Drmies (talk) 20:45, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for ansvering. Don't worry, those pictures were here just by mistake, has nothing to with this. Ok, I ask Crisco 1492, before I do anything. Hafspajen (talk) 21:30, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Le Moulin de la Galette, Pierre Auguste Renoir 1876

  • Renoir focused on lighthearted city scenes. Wanted to evoke carefree atmosphere, with the whirling dancers reveling in a world of color and light. In this painting of an outdoor dance hall Renoir describes the effect of light filtering through trees
  • The Moulin was only open on Sundays and was usually frequented by working-class families.
  • Contemporary viewers didn't get it - critics referred to the light falling on the figures as "leprosy"
  • Loose painterly broken brushwork conveys sense of spontaneity
  • Color patches are composed of many colors
  • The shadows aren't black - respond to colors around them i.e. white garments
