Thank you for the change of the image at Author. Subtle acts of racism/ignorance of diversity issues permeate both scholarship and the practice of writing about it here on Wikipedia. I would like to encourage you to continue being bold, and eloquently developing the diversity within the communities on Wikimedia projects.
