Remember to always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes (~~~~)
at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to this (your talk) page, and a timestamp.
To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own private sandbox for use any time. Perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put
{{My sandbox}}
on your user page. By the way, seeing as you haven't created a user page yet, simply click here to start it.Homework

[edit]Any winks from David recently? He got annoyed with me today because my pen didn't work, I feel that our relationship is damaged beyond repair. --Chloe Lund (talk) 00:05, 23 March 2012 (UTC)

Bizarre vandalism
[edit]Hi Hangieenguyen, not sure why but your talk page was vandalised by an IP on their first edit, I reverted and looks like they will be banned soon. Zarcadia (talk) 20:18, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
Thank you for letting me know. I didn't realise. New to Wiki, so appreciate all the help! Hangieenguyen (talk) 19:54, 26 March 2012 (UTC)
Referencing
[edit]Hi,
The reference you've given looks like a reliable source, but you need to use inline referencing; use the "cite" option on the toolbar, then select "book" from the list of templates. Make sure to give the reference a name, and edit this section to see how I've first entered a reference,[1] and then cited it a second time.[1]
Shout if that's not clear. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 21:58, 26 March 2012 (UTC)
- Your citation looks fine now, but please add a note of where the letter is archived. I've put a dummy entry in your sandbox; just change it to the correct wording. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 22:45, 28 March 2012 (UTC)
- I've made some minor tweaks, but I think that's ready for publishing now. Shout if you need me to do that for you. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 15:41, 2 April 2012 (UTC)
