There are plenty of sites where you can write about yourself, and make any claims you like, but Wikipedia is different: it is a project to build an encyclopedia, any claims made in articles must be verifiable from reliable sources, and writing about yourself is strongly discouraged for reasons explained at WP:Autobiography.
