What's important to realize is that it's not enough on Wikipedia to just assert that something is notable; you have to be able to reference the claim to reliable sources (i.e. real, substantial coverage in real media). News briefs which just verify that the thing exists don't count, and neither do news articles which mention its existence but are primarily about other things — we're after verification of notability, not just verification of existence, so you need to be able to demonstrate that the track has been the primary topic of coverage in multiple real sources. And for what it's worth, I don't particularly buy the Mosport comparison; I'm not all that knowledgeable about motor sports but I've still heard of Mosport — so it's got a much more obvious notability claim, because it's sufficiently well known outside of its primary "audience". Which isn't necessarily to say that the kartway track isn't notable, but it takes much stronger sources to properly prove the notability of a less famous topic than it does for a more famous one.
