Ways to improve Jeroni Nadal[edit]

Hi, I'm Rasimmons. A.C.Hudson, thanks for creating Jeroni Nadal!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. The article needs more secondary sources to determine independent notability.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. R. A. Simmons Talk 14:23, 28 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for April 14[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Jeroni Nadal, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Retinal degeneration. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Speedy deletion nomination of Barraquer Ophthalomology Centre[edit]

Hello Hatpsg,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Barraquer Ophthalomology Centre for deletion, because it appears to duplicate an existing Wikipedia article, Barraquer Ophthalmology Centre.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. MainlyTwelve (talk) 17:59, 20 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

As reviewing administrator, I deleted the article. It might make some possible sense to try to write an article on the company. You will in any case need references providing substantial coverage from third-party independent reliable sources, not press releases or mere announcements. PR Newswire, for example, is a publisher of press releases. An organizations web site is not an independent source for one of its officers, and can be used only for routine facts, not for showing notability.
Just in case it should apply, I remind you of our rules about WP:Conflict of Interest, and, in particular, about our Terms of Use, particularly with respect to paid contributions without disclosure. If you have any financial connection with the subject of an article, it is required that you declare it, and very highly suggested that you use the Draft space, not the article space, to write an article. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Barraquer Ophthalmology Centre, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. DGG ( talk ) 01:32, 6 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
