I have noticed that several of your contributions on Wikipedia revolve around the work of Alessandro De Angelis... This usually indicate that you have a certain reliontionship with him. If you are De Angelis, or a close affiliate (like being a student of his), it means you have a conflict of interest and must declare it. In the meantime, I have flagged your contributions for review at WikiProject Physics and WikiProject Astronomy to ensure that Wikipedia remain neutral. Thanks. I did not know that I had to declare a relationship with Alessandro De Angelis. HistorySc20 (talk) 11:46, 7 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, you need to declare any conflict of interest (CoI), and it's best to avoid editing on that topic. I've copied below our standard CoI guidance for new users. Modest Genius talk 15:03, 8 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, HistorySc20. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Alessandro De Angelis (astrophysicist), you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you.
