The article Tele-evidence has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- The page can easily be incorporated in Deposition (law)
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Kiteinthewind Leave a message! 05:05, 24 April 2017 (UTC)
A kind note...
[edit]I want to leave a note here, showing my appreciation of your work thus far. However, there are cases when articles can be improved by adding onto it, rather than creating new articles. Hope that clears things up, and happy editing! Kiteinthewind Leave a message! 05:07, 24 April 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed maintenance templates from Tele-evidence. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Please see Help:Maintenance template removal for further information on when maintenance templates should or should not be removed. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Tele-evidence, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Drchriswilliams (talk) 05:53, 8 May 2017 (UTC)
Tele-evidence
[edit]Thanks for your message. I appreciate your work on tele-evidence, but I believe the article may still work well by combining it with the deposition page. I understand it is likely a big thing in India, but it is, on a very fundamental basis, similar to disposition done via electronic means. I will be proposing a merge of the page, which is different than a delete.
In a delete, all of the work will be deleted, and not allowed to be recreated. In a merge, the content will be merged with another page, and not deleted. Your hard work will live on, if the merge is successful. Kiteinthewind Leave a message! 01:09, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
Nomination of Tele-evidence for deletion
[edit]A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Tele-evidence is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Tele-evidence until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Kiteinthewind Leave a message! 01:11, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
- As I mentioned earlier, I am proposing a merge, not a delete. The message above was generated automatically, and did not account for my request. Kiteinthewind Leave a message! 01:13, 9 May 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Tele-evidence. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Disagreement with the proposal must be expressed in the AfD page, and not by removing the deletion notice from the page. That's considered vandalism Kiteinthewind Leave a message! 04:51, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
- State your reasons for not agreeing with the merger proposal in the AfD page, and nowhere else. Otherwise, your opinion will not be counted in the final determination on removal. Kiteinthewind Leave a message! 04:53, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
