September 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Howwarah do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 03:27, 4 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Various moves to Howarrah[edit]

Hello. The issue isn't the names that these towns are being moved to, it is that you are providing no evidence that these are the correct names. You need to provide some kind of source, preferrably in English, but even in Arabic if I can translate it, that shows that these names are correct. Yes, we strive for the truth on Wikipedia, but we must rely on verifiable and reliable sources for our information. Please work with me on this so we can get everything sorted out. The names of these towns has been an issue in the past because locations and identities have been confused, so a firm resolution is definitely desired. By the way, please don't redirect your username to an article...this can be very confusing to other editors. I've gone ahead and removed the redirect. Huntster (t @ c) 04:14, 4 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Howwarah. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at Howwarah, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. A level-4 warning for continuously adding links that do not meet the requirements of WP:EL. Drmies (talk) 04:54, 5 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
