To answer the more complicated of your questions: Yes, you technically can update the Hunter Wise page, but it is highly discouraged. Rather than editing the article directly, you should instead go to the talk page (click the "Talk" tab above the article) and propose changes there. (You can add the code {{request edit}} above a request to draw more attention.) Understand Wikipedia's rules (particularly the ones linked in the "big sandy box") and make sure your proposals follow them.
