Although this page was submitted by an affiliated member; the educational value associated with the subject matter (ISO-Jidoka cross implementation [developed by J Penner Corporation])precludes concerns of implied 'marketing value' inherently associted with mentioning a company name and industry. It is overwhelming clear that defining the innovator (whether an individual or an entity) and the assoicated innovation is not promotional but rather educational.

The point of this article is to catalogue the development of ISO-Jidoka cross-implementation. In order to judge this article effectively, it is important that you understand the underlying concepts of Jidoka and ISO. To say that this article has "no educational value" discredits the concept of a reference book. I wrote this article because of the lack of information on this subject matter. The company that developed the cross-implementation did so out of necessity; necessity drives innovation. It is likely that there are others who would like to reseach the development of ISO and Jidoka in relation to TPS.
Further more, long and favorable company histories (see "Proctor and Gamble") are posted on Wikipedia. These "valid" entries mock the concept of an encyclopedia. The posted entry on "J. Penner Corporation" works to develop a resource that focuses on production system innovation; it avoids the kind of promotion associated found on listings such as "Proctor and Gamble." — Preceding unsigned comment added by JPCIT (talk • contribs)
- Please review the guidelines for inclusion of companies into Wikipedia. From what I can tell using Google searches, none of the criteria are met. If you disagree with other entries, (such as Proctor_and_Gamble), then feel free to edit them, but from what I can tell there is already a lot of negative statements already posted on that article. I fail to see the large amounts of promotion on the P&G article that you claim. Leuko 19:08, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit]The article you created at J Penner Corporation was listed for deletion. Since it appears to be about your company I've moved it to your user space instead, which was probably what you intended in the first place (a common mistake among newcomers!).
If you really did mean to create an article about your firm please be aware that this is often considered a bad idea, even if you do meet the guidelines for inclusion of companies.
