Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. Mean as custard (talk) 20:39, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't include disparaging statements about the company or the product it manufactures. The company and virtually every reputable source out there contest the pink slime moniker and I believe it's inappropriate to include this in the page about the company. I assume it's safe to say that Wikipedia is also not intended to be intentionally inaccurate. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.172.199.26 (talk) 21:00, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

a battleground, or a vehicle for propaganda, I couldn't agree more. When someone includes "pink slime" without attributing it to "what critics have dubbed" you're harming the reputation of the company and the people that work there by using an inflammatory and false term to describe what they do. Please understand I'm trying to be civil and would only ask that we have some common sense and neutrality when we're discussing issues that two sides obviously have differing opinions of. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.172.199.26 (talk) 21:07, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
