Hi Jacqui, a note: I have rudely ripped apart your very in-depth work at this article and split it into the format we try to observe here - individual articles for each extant species (Abyla bicarinata, Abyla haeckeli, Abyla trigona). I have also removed a large amount of material that was not specific to this genus but was instead about colonial siphonophores in general. That is already well covered at Siphonophorae and should thus not be duplicated at other articles, particularly if those form a subset of that parent article. That is generally the case for taxonomic articles; i.e. we don't repeat general information from an order article in a genus article. If there is further material pertaining to this genus in particular, or to each of the three species, please feel free to add it at the respective location.
