July 2022[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm DoubleGrazing. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Principle of inertia, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. I would also suggest that you first discuss on the Inertia talk page whether a new article is needed for 'Principle of inertia', before going ahead and creating one. Thank you, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 14:13, 28 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Edit summaries[edit]

Hello Jan. I notice from your list of contributions that you don’t leave edit summaries to support your work. Please see Help:Edit summary. Dolphin (t) 11:51, 12 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

November 2022[edit]

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Newton's laws of motion. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. SpinningSpark 17:31, 22 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Newton's laws of motion[edit]

You have now been reverted quite a large number of times on Newton's laws of motion by multiple editors over your edits to the third law example. If so many people think that your edits are not an improvement then you really ought to go to the article talk page. Explain there what you are trying to do and what you think is problematic on the page before trying to change it again. Ideally, get some agreement first on what the text ought to be. SpinningSpark 18:22, 11 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I think I didn't get the point of what the text meant and confused different perspectives. Jan janman (talk) 07:15, 14 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You certainly didn't get the point of what I said to you. You have just tried to reword it again and been reverted again. This is getting on the verge of being disruptive. Please discuss the issue first. SpinningSpark 11:51, 14 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You are still editing the article without discussion, and it is still the case that almost everything you write gets reverted. Please stop it. SpinningSpark 17:30, 22 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You made yet another edit just a few hours after this message and was yet again immediately reverted. Reluctantly, I have temporarily blocked your access to that page. Please use the article talk page for any further suggestions you may have. SpinningSpark 11:43, 23 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
