hundreds of edits?[edit]

Hi Jasper,

Why did you make hundreds of negligible edits to a single article? I'm trying to understand your behavior here... effeietsanders 18:58, 10 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I wanted to become an extended confirmed user, that's why. I hope I've answered your question.Jasper098 (talk) 20:45, 10 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

That sounds awfully like you're trying to game the system. Please don't make fake edits this way, that could be considered bad faith. There is a reason why these thresholds require you to make a certain number of edits: these edits allow you to gain an amount of experience - after you gain that experience, you get more trust. effeietsanders 04:58, 11 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I do it my way. I first want to become an extended confirmed user. And after that, I’ll build up more trust and experience. Jasper098 (talk) 07:48, 11 April 2020 (UTC) Jasper098 (talk) 07:48, 11 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Extended Confirmed[edit]

Hello, your extended confirmed access has been revoked; it is clear you were gaming the system in order to get access.

Some of your prior non-productive edits may have been deleted or your sandbox reset - this may help you keep track of your legitimate current edits. Per recent precedents these are the methods for you to restore extended-confirmed status:

  • Avoid making any edits in topics restricted to extended confirmed users, and acquire 500 legitimate other edits; THEN:
Appeal to me on my talk page. Alternately, you may
    Apply at WP:PERM/EC

Your user page[edit]

Emoji showing a worried face Hi JasupaKawaii, I'm Primefac. You'll likely not be pleased about this but I have removed some of your edits because they reveal too much personally identifiable information about you. We have a policy of protecting editors' safety by hiding such information if they share it. I'm really sorry about having to suppress your edits, and I know it's annoying, but it's for the best. Please don't re-add the information. For some useful information on privacy and safety, you can take a look at Wikipedia:Guidance for younger editors and Wikipedia:On privacy, confidentiality and discretion. Thank you, and sorry for messing about with your edits! Primefac (talk) 13:45, 12 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Primefac, it doesn't matter that you deleted those edits. I'm also really sorry for making those hunderds of edits to get extended confirmed user. I didn't know this would happen. I will now get extended confirmed user in the way that it is supposed to. Sorry again, I hope I apologized so well. Thanks for explaining to me how it's intended to get it. I really appreciate that! Thanks! JasupaKawaii (talk) 18:41, 12 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Geocraft has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable minecraft server. Limburger article cited is largely about the kid, not the server itself (and is basically a local puff piece anyway). No other reliable sources about the server.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ♠PMC(talk) 08:19, 3 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
