Hi Jay, there is always an explanation of the decline of an article (even if it's a standard one), you needed to visit the article and read the text in the grey box in the centre of the pink box. If you don't understand this explaination, please go to the help desk as directed above, and say you don't understand the reason given. (Make it clear you have read the reason given).
There is no time limit for developing wikipedia pages, but if you leave it more than six months between edits it may be assumed that you have given up on the article and it can be nominated for deletion (as I did). If you have any questions about this please ask me or the help desk. Rankersbo (talk) 08:44, 28 July 2014 (UTC)

Your draft article, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Shoptech
[edit]Hello Jayccooper. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Shoptech".
The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply {{db-afc}}
or {{db-g13}}
code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Shoptech}}
, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Rankersbo (talk) 19:39, 21 February 2015 (UTC)
