Speedy deletion of Soft water path

A tag has been placed on Soft water path, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. Forgive me if I don't understand all the formatting issues here. I'm relatively new to creating pages, and I'm being slow on this, but this is a valid entry. It parallels the "Soft energy path" page, which describes an important concept in energy theory and economics, as the "soft water path" does for the issue of water resources. Give me a chance to fill it out. I've only been working on it for 20 minutes!
