Welcome!

[edit]

Hello Jesseh400, and Welcome to Wikipedia!

I hope you enjoy this place and decide to stay.
Please remember to sign your name on talk pages by using four tildes, like this: (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username and the date. Also, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field, as this will help other users to know what you changed and why you changed it. Below are some (rather boring, but) useful links to help you learn your way around the encyclopedia as well as to help you become a successful editor.
I hope you will like editing here, and I hope you enjoy being a Wikipedian!

If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Good luck, and happy editing! J.delanoygabsadds 06:42, 3 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

A page you created, "Jesse Hawkeswood", has been deleted under one of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to view the page's deletion log for specific details on which criterion applied. Please see "Your first article" for information on Wikipedia's guidelines, and note that all articles on Wikipedia must be neutrally written on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. If you would like to test something, we have a sandbox specifically for that purpose. If you have any questions about our policies and guidelines, please feel free to ask at my talk page. You can also ask at Wikipedia's help desk, which is typically monitored around the clock by volunteers. Thanks, J.delanoygabsadds 06:42, 3 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The article has been deleted twice more, because it still does not assert the notability of its subject. It has now been protected from recreation. Please don't let this discourage you from contributing positively to Wikipedia, and feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you need advice.--Danaman5 (talk) 05:34, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
