I have removed the "hangon" tag you put on this article, because that is only needed where an article has been nominated for speedy deletion, and this one has not. The notice on it is a Proposed Deletion template, which will have no effect unless in seven days no-one objects; anyone, including you, may remove it at any time, and it then cannot be replaced. It is possible that the article might then be nominated under the Articles for deletion process, but that would start a debate which again would last seven days and at which you could give your opinion.
