Hi. I noticed that you keep adding that Fabulla Nova Crystallis link to the main Final Fantasy article. Fortunately, there's an entire article on the new compilation (see Fabula Nova Crystallis: Final Fantasy XIII) and the link you've provided is probably best suited for it since the Final Fantasy article is less specific and more on the series in general. ~ Hibana 15:45, 4 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Battle System

Hello. Please stop adding your battle system link to the Final Fantasy XIII article, as it has been reverted by at least three editors now. It does not look correct when it is tacked onto the end of the battle system paragraph as a link, nor can it be wikified into the article as your entire webpage on the matter is speculation and simply your musings on what the battle system will be. The link I'm providing contains valid content, I'll continue to add it as there's no reason why it can't be used as a resource.

I have asked you not to jam the link on the end of the paragraph and you did so yet again. It is not encyclopedic to insert links that are not worked into the article, such as the way you have tacked it on as an afterthought. In addition, yet another editor has removed your link, so there is a consensus building that it does not belong. I will address it on the talk page for the article if you add again or contact an administrator to resolve the situation since your unwillingness to discuss it tends towards vandalism rather than contribution. (Mind you, that it took you from E3 until TGS to figure out that the radar view in the top-left was infact a radar, perhaps explains why you're the only one that is surprised about it enough to add a link to your own explanation). And as I've already said, my further reading link only aims to provide readers with more information than can viably be given on the page in dispute. And FYI I had worked it out from the E3 trailer, however the position of the fiends shown on the E3 trailer screens did not at that time correspond to the beacons shown on the radar. On the second release they did.

If your content was factual and verifiable with solid quotes from, for example, Square Enix representatives or developers, I would agree, and it would be . It is not, however, since as I've said it is purely your speculation. This is (1) Original Research and would therefore correctly be removed by Wikipedia editors as such. Therefore, since it would not fit in the article, it does not deserve to be linked to it either, since an article linked to from an encyclopedia should rightly stand up to the scrutiny of an encyclopedia, too.

Furthermore, your insistence on readding said content by logging out and adding as a guest under an IP is tantamount to Sock Puppetry. I will ask politely one more time, please come and discuss the issues presented at the article's talk page, otherwise I'll just ask an administrator over to sort the issues out with you. Thanks.
