Hi. I moved the overhaul instructional material out of the article and onto the Talk page."How to" and instructional articles are not consistent with the purpose of the encyclopedia. See WP:NOTMANUAL. - LuckyLouie (talk) 19:23, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Edward Shimborske, Jr.. Our verifiability policy requires that all content be cited to a reliable source. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:10, 28 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your effort to add sources to Edward Shimborske, Jr. is appreciated, but not yet sufficient. Something like "Biography of Mr. Shimborske by Son Edward Shimborske III" or "Interview with Mr. Shimborske by Jude Welsh" is almost useless to somebody who might want to check the source; it lacks important details, like a title, or where and when the biography or interview was published. Please read Wikipedia:Citing sources for a detailed discussion of what's required. (And if the reason publication details are missing is that the source has never been officially published, it may not count as a reliable source for Wikipedia; please read Wikipedia:Reliable sources for more about this.) —Paul A (talk) 03:05, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article Chicken Dog has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails the notability guideline for bands.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Beeblebrox (talk) 06:14, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
