Hello, I am afraid I have another rather grim entry for your Wikipedia collection. "Congo Müller" was a particularly nasty piece of work who served in the Wehrmacht and later a minor mercenary commander. We can be reassured, however, that he was only pictured with "his" Iron Cross in the 1960s because of its long and venerable history before Nazism. If you or Buidhe could provide any more assistance with this article, I'd be grateful. I have added some material on his "real" historical significance as a hate figure in 1960s West Germany. —Brigade Piron (talk) 08:23, 6 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Axel von dem Bussche

[edit]

I don't understand why "German officers who resisted during the Nazi period" is not a defining characteristic of Axel von dem Bussche. I see that you removed this (which I probably have slightly misquoted, as I am working off my phone, without access to my computer) from the article Axel von dem Bussche categories. How does being a participant in a Hitler assassination plot as a German officer not define this person? Larry Koenigsberg (talk) 17:26, 7 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind, I don't have access to the categories from my phone, and see that I did in fact misquote the category. Apologies... Larry Koenigsberg (talk) 17:32, 7 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Already in the category "Members of the 20 July plot" which covers this. (t · c) buidhe 17:47, 7 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

On the talk page there is a new RfC regarding the main infobox picture. As you may recall, this was last discussed at the end of 2021 and you commented then; this is only a notice, you must decide whether you wish to comment or not, accordingly. Coffmansing

[edit]

I have submitted "coffmansing" to the Oxford English Dictionary (OED) because, while seemingly niche jargon, it is illustrative of a larger sociological phenomenon, namely reaction against academic rigor on this platform. kencf0618 (talk) 17:16, 15 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Concerning my Draft

[edit]

Hello! Back in 2019, you reviewed my submission Draft:Your Story Hour. Since then I was wondering how to access online sources to make it better. And I made extra edits. I asked around on Teahouse and other places for suggestions. I wanted it to be reviewed again but I am having hard time because it is still listed as rejected (as opposed to denied). May you please help me know what I can do? Michron777 (talk) 14:19, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
