Mabel Newcomer
[edit]Hi there KB161, I know you are only a new editor so I wanted to give you a heads up about the cleanup I did in the Mabel Newcomer article. Basically, if you're using the same source multiple times in an article, rather than adding the full reference over 20 times, we just put the full reference the first time it's used and then group them all together in one listing. That way instead of having a huge references section with the same reference appearing over-and-over again, it only appears once. However, there is no change in the sourcing, and all the references you added are still there. As for removing the external links, they were the same as the sources already used and linked in the "References" section. Per WP:ELRC, the references don't have to be duplicated this way. If you ever need help with anything, just leave a message on my talk page, I don't mind helping. By the way, good work starting out with your first article, I know it can be frustrating when you first start editing. Cmr08 (talk) 07:07, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
