First of all, this is identical to a an un-submitted draft. I see you are a new user: please read Wikipedia:Drafts about the purposes of drafts.
Please also see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/EFS Facilities Services Group. As an "administrator" on the English language Wikipedia, I can view the deleted versions of EFS Facilities Services Group.

It was initially created by JasperKnight (talk · contribs · global contribs · logs · block log), a "sockpuppet" account, in this case GermanKity (talk · contribs · global contribs · logs · block log)

A number of other now blocked users also contributed to the article deleted via Articles for deletion/EFS Facilities Services Group, including Webhost1908 (talk · contribs · global contribs · logs · block log), Gross8090 (talk · contribs · global contribs · logs · block log) and RungtaCol (talk · contribs · global contribs · logs · block log)

While EFS Facilities Services might not be entirely identical to the page deleted via Articles for deletion/EFS Facilities Services Group, it does meet the WP:G4 criteria for speedy deletion - "This applies to sufficiently identical copies, having any title, of a page deleted via its most recent deletion discussion".
