[edit]Hi, Thanks so much for reviewing! I will definitely be looking into getting more information on disagreements between the House and Senate, and add more information about the parties' stances. Thanks for the suggestions! As far as finding a more recent case, I don't think this act has actually been challenged since the case I included, so I don't think that's possible.
