The "hangon" template is only used if the article has been proposed for speedy deletion. This article has not, currently; the "maintenance templates" at the top are not a threat of deletion, they are an indication of areas which need work, and place the article into lists which may bring other editors to help. The place to discuss improvements to the article, or comments on it, is the talk page at Talk:Peter Deriashnyj. The answer to your question, Who are Mike Rosoft, Ucucha and DynamoDegsy ??? is that they are other Wikipedia users. No article belongs to anyone - see Wikipedia:Ownership of articles - and any editor (which means the same as "user") is entitled to edit any article. Disagreements should be discussed on the talk page in an effort to reach WP:Consensus, failing which there are WP:Dispute resolution processes to follow. I note that editors who formally log-on may have some nick-name i.e. Galassi, SmakBot, Ucucha, RjwilmsiBot, DynamoDegsy and JohnCD, can you confirm that they are wiki editors - BUT WHO IS from I.P. 122.107.67.119? This IP has been traced back to a Sydney source. Also "Zscout370" deleted two photographs from this article back on May 20th 2010 - can he please replace them. Permission was given in April 2010 - I still have the original emails sent to wiki. (Kharkiv kobzar (talk) 06:08, 3 November 2010 (UTC))[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
