Reliable websites

Could you let us know the reliable websites to quote in the wikipedia articles regarding Telugu Film Industry. I found many reference links are broken and not able to view the content.

If something appears in the newspaper, can we display in the articles.

When something is written in wiki article with citation you should honor the wiki rules and allow the content to be displayed to the all wiki users. You can not say which content is required and which is not necessary. If you really want to help wiki users please display the reliable website names so that every wiki user will cite the same. I observed two different contents from same website are not allowed from some of the wiki users. For e.g. TOI is referred in many wiki articles.It's good that you have created the wiki articles but you are supposed to allow other wiki users also to edit and update the content.

Movie collections is a controversial content and whenever the producers announce the collection figures then only it needs to be displayed in the articles. I found that the collections displayed in the wiki articles may not be genuine. So we must have one section to display the share and gross website wise like how we are quoting the Movie reviews. e.g. rediff given 3/5 rating, Idlebrain gave 3.5/5 etc. To have another section and citing the website there will not mislead any one otherwise people may think that those are the original figures. We should remove the collections figure from the film poster in the wiki article and should have a new section and should allow the users to reference any number of sites there. Thanks for the wording change. I am okay with that. You can suggest some reliable websites especially for box office collections/News papers so that we can always reference them. I have seen your reliable sites and hope list grows going forward. Your edits are in Good-faith till now (Regarding that citation issue between you and mine edits). I don't want to do a favour to you. Because you and me both are good wikipedians, that's it. Answer for your question is " Just for alignment (Regarding changing the order in citations) ". For example, according to my opinion : cite web |url= |title= |publisher= |accessdate= Rather than accessdate date is used. But i am in a confusion state till now between date and accessdate. Now i understood this : Accessdate. Thank you. But remaining one doubt is there (Regarding |publisher=) info in citation. I am typing like this : (|publisher=123telugu.com). You are modifying like this : (|publisher=123 Telugu). What's wrong with that? Can you please explain. Because i am entering the full form and you are modifying it to short cuts stating in edit summary that " Ensuring consistency in publisher names ". Hello! Bhayya. You told that considering your edits into Good faith won't favour you, in the previous discussion between us. And now you are requesting " at least assume good faith before reverting." Then how can i??? That's why i did like that. Coming to SVSC, Doregama pirated ani nenu anukovatam ledhu because it is the most famous site in the internet providing reliable copies of album's. The website states that " These copies of albums are just for promotional purposes only, and are only used as backup copies for the original cd's purchased. Please Buy the Original cd's from the market. " And the order i changed in tracklist not only based upon Doregama posted information. But the info is also on the Cd's Back Cover. Regarding name changes like modifying the "Sirivennela Sitaramasastri" to "Sitarama Sastry" is not wrong, i am not moving the article title know. Just a modification about how it looks in other articles when they are tagged. And regarding track lengths modification i have listened and viewed the track lengths downloaded from that site. After Calculating in the Calculator in Windows 8, i got 25:69 means 26:09 min's and sec's. I am not saying Flipkart is a pirated site. But what i have done in those edits were just an update to the existing one. That's it. Me too i don't think, what i have done was a good faith edit. Coming to SVSC article, changing the order in those names is necessary because Venky and anjali are a pair and Mahesh and samantha are a pair. Venky is elder brother to mahesh. So the order should be like this only i.e., Venky, anjali, mahesh, samantha. I stated newbie biting means you have to understand because they are unknown ip's may be new users or shared ip's. Those are called unconstructive edits, if repeated they will be assumed as Good faith, if they were again repeated they will be considered as disruptive edits or Vandalism. Hi Krishna, Thanks for contacting me.I will make one thing very clear.I am not related to any site. My problem was regarding the removal of my edit.When i added Reception under release section(i created the section),it was removed blatantly by creating another section,but when another person adds back to Release section ,nothing is done. Is this not favourism on your part to certain users? Wikipedia is an open edit to all,an i feel who are hampering the openness by your unnecessary clout on the edits and as i see it ,certain editors are trying to own by removing other edits and doing the same edits again in the name of monitoring.
