Hello, I'm 2601:188:180:11F0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63. I noticed that you recently removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. - And this was by no means a good rationale [1]. 2601:188:180:11F0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 17:47, 12 December 2017 (UTC)
No more of this: I suspect you and Stan Prager of colluding (see WP:MEAT) and even if that were not the case, y'all's edits are disruptive and I will block the next person who removes that sourced content. You can improve the content (since En historiker doesn't cite properly), and you can make the article better, but these removals need to stop. If they don't, I or some other administrator will a. lock down the article and b. block the disruptor(s). Thank you, Drmies (talk) 18:04, 12 December 2017 (UTC)
Dear L.A. Harvey.
You wrote: "Not clear whether this refers to the whole of Freeman's works. Seems dismissive in view of considerable positive assessments of Freeman's works to be found on the internet.Needs extensive rewriting to cover his writing career"
I respond to you: Were you referring to my notion that Freeman has been accused of perpetuating myths? Because I(with academic sources) was focusing only on his writings that dealt with the history of science or Christianity's role in Middle Ages. That part he has been accused of perpetuating myths. His other dozens books, that do not deal about science or Christianity's role, are actually well-written without being remarkable.
The bottom line is: it is not his WHOLE works that are criticized by historians of science(Lindberg and Numbers) but that a specific where Freeman reproduces outdated and debunked myths particularly in the field of hisotry of science.
