Hi, I would just like to say that if you are a representative of Ms Lu and have concerns about inclusion of certain personal details, please feel free to send me an email which will be treated in strictest confidence, and I will be happy to help to review it. If you just edit it on the grounds that it is "incorrect", other editors will simply change it back, I'm afraid, as that's how Wikipedia works. OK, I have made a compromise edit, removing the reference to the subject's father, and using her common name in the opening of the "Early life" section. The other information is widely available online. Any Chinese media outlet uses the subject's Chinese name in articles. Also, just about every other language's Wikipedia has her date of birth. Some, such as Arabic and Spanish, also include her name in Chinese. I therefore see no justification in removing these from the English Wikipedia article.
