Twinkle and user warnings
[edit]Hey Lcodyh803,
you may like to try the "Twinkle" gadget, available in the preferences, to undo consecutive problematic edits. It also allows you to easily explain your reverts to users, using warnings from the list at Wikipedia:Template_messages/User_talk_namespace automatically.
When using Twinkle, please use the blue "rollback" button to provide an explanation for the revert. Please only use the red "VANDAL" link if the edit is really obviously malicious. See the following pages for details:
- WP:Vandalism (you may think you know this already, but please do read it before continuing, as it does contain important information that many recent changes patrollers seem to forget)
- WP:3RR (which builds upon the strict definition of "vandalism" as being malicious)
- WP:ROLLBACKUSE for a list of the very few cases when clicking "VANDAL" is okay.
I hope you'll enjoy the tool.
Best regards

- Thanks for the heads-up ToBeFree! It's super useful :) Lcodyh803 (talk) 03:33, 1 January 2020 (UTC)
- You're welcome, I'm happy to hear that and to see you using it. I've noticed that you had given a good warning to one of the users I have recently blocked. That's perfect. Feel free to ask on my talk page at any time if questions arise. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 03:40, 1 January 2020 (UTC)
Archiving talk page
[edit]Hi Lcodyh803, you may find WP:ARCHIVING helpful as there are automated scripts you can use. I personally use OneClickArchiver. S0091 (talk) 03:41, 2 January 2020 (UTC)
