Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Le Vernaculaire, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few links to pages you might find helpful:

You may also want to complete the Wikipedia Adventure, an interactive tour that will help you learn the basics of editing Wikipedia. You can visit the Teahouse to ask questions or seek help.

Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Again, welcome! Theodore Edgar McCarrick

[edit]

Please don’t insist on installing your content at Theodore Edgar McCarrick when you have been twice reverted. This is called edit warring. Instead, you should talk about the changes you wish to make, on the Talk page of the article. Click the Talk tab (onglet) at the top of the article to access the Talk page. Please also read WP:BRD.

It’s especially important during an ongoing Rfc not to alter the article in the area that the Rfc is attempting to resolve. You are welcome to participate in the Rfc by adding your thoughts on the topic, which should be based on Wikipedia policies and guidelines and not simply your own opinions about the topic.

Finally, note that this is en-wiki (English Wikipedia) and we operate by the policies and guidelines of English Wikipedia. The rules may be different at fr-wiki, and when editing there, you should abide by their policies. Feel free to contact me below, or at my Talk page, or at my French talk page, if you have any questions. Thanks, Mathglot (talk) 19:39, 28 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
