Hello, I'm Asher196. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Conformal coating, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. You are making large unreferenced additions to the article. Please read WP:RS before making these additions.--Asher196 (talk) 16:01, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Asher can you help me with why you are undoing all of the work I am doing on this page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conformal_coating Leehitchens (talk) 16:04, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I see two major problems with your additions. Your material does not cite a reliable source, and the article is not meant to be a "how to" guide to conformal coating. If you can pare down the material you are adding, and supply a source for the information you put in, then there shouldn't be a problem.--Asher196 (talk) 16:10, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Also, why are the images being removed? I have gone through all this already with other workers and its taking ages to get permissions sorted. Its all been ripped down so i am completely confused as to what is going on?

Also, I can reference all of the work no problem to my own websites, articles, documents since I am one of the leading experts in the world on conformal coating. I was just trying not to dominate too much and give balance. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Leehitchens (talkcontribs) 16:16, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Asher thanks for the input. So, if I cut down the material and then reference the docs, articles etc then this is okay? What about the images? Why are they down? I went through this already with another person and only just got all this cleared. It does ask for images so I supplied them?

I don't know why your images are being removed. My guess is that you are trying to use non-free images, and they are being removed for copyright reasons. Referencing your additions should keep your edits from being removed again.--Asher196 (talk) 16:24, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Asher

According to the log you are the one removing the images. See for example

Revision as of 13:34, 23 March 2013 (edit) Asher196 (talk | contribs) m (Reverted edits by Leehitchens (talk) to last version by 208.87.82.200) ← Previous edit

Revision as of 15:17, 27 March 2013 (edit) Leehitchens (talk | contribs) ← Previous edit

Both of these appear to image edits.

The images are in wikimedia commons, are uploaded in there and there are no copyright issues there. If I re-input them will you have any issue with leaving them in place? Do I have to reference the images and if so how do I do that? Leehitchens (talk) 16:39, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I should not have reverted the images. They were part of your sweeping changes and I didn't intend to revert relevant images.--Asher196 (talk) 22:42, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
