Request reason:

I believe that I have been blocked for a comment that I left at Talk:Chip Berlet. It was an entirely legitimate comment, and I believe that the notorious admin who has blocked me simply disagreed with it. If you examine the talk page in question, this is quite clear from her own expressed opinions. This abuse of authority should not be tolerated at Wikipedia.

Decline reason:

It was not in any way a legitimate comment; it was a pointless mockery of a wikipedian, apparently designed to annoy or distress them, in other words, harassment. If you can't recognize that, we don't need your help here. Mangojuicetalk 16:15, 14 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

reblocked[edit]

In order to avoid any appearance or perception of controversy or impropriety regarding who blocked you in the first place, I have undone Slim's indef block and imposed another one based on my review of the situation.

I obviously believe that the block was appropriate. Georgewilliamherbert (talk) 04:24, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
