Proposed deletion of Patrick Schöffski

The article Patrick Schöffski has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Please do not write or add to an article about yourself, as you apparently did at Patrick Schöffski. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. Thanks for your message on my talk page. Since you tell me you are Patrick Schöffski's medical secretary, even though the article is not an autobiography as such, it amounts to much the same thing, as you are working on his behalf. Wikipedia's conflict of interest guideline discourages you from writing about him, as you have a close personal connection, and you should be very careful. Also, Wikipedia's username policy does not allow you to have a username that gives the impression that you are another person, so you should not continue to edit under your present username. There are two ways you can continue to edit without doing that. The simplest is to just create a new account. If you do that, I very strongly advise you to mark both user pages with a note saying that the two accounts are the same person, to avoid the risk that anyone will think you are using two accounts with the intention of being deceptive, which unfortunately many people do. However, there are advantages in having the present account renamed instead, as this will keep all your edits together, making it clear that you have done them all. Personally, I suggest doing that, even though it takes a little more trouble. There are, in my opinion, rather excessively long instructions and advice on requesting a change of username at WP:Changing username, but the place to go to make the request is Wikipedia:Changing username/Simple, and that page tells you how to do it. Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Patrick Schöffski, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. You clearly have a conflict of interest, and removing the notice saying so is not constructive.
