September 14-15 edits[edit]

Thank you for experimenting with the page Himachal Pradesh on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. -- Lost(talk) 14:56, 15 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Uttar Pradesh. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. -- Lost(talk) 14:56, 15 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright violation in Vedic civilization[edit]

Please do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Vedic civilization without permission from the copyright holder. See Wikipedia:Copyrights. Copyright violations are unacceptable and persistent violators will be blocked. Your original contributions are welcome. -- Lost(talk) 15:02, 15 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Neutral point of view policy[edit]

Welcome!

Hello Lollywood, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to Neo-Brahmanism does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy, and has been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a great page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Wikipedia Boot Camp, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  — ERcheck (talk) 19:31, 15 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

link to Persian[edit]

Hello, when you want to link to the article about something Persian, please do not link to Persian, as that is a disambiguation page (which nothing should be linked to). Instead link to the one of the options found on that page such as Persian people, Persian language, or Iran, by writing out [[Persian language|Persian]] or [[Iran|Persian]]. Neo-Brahmanism[edit]

Please stop. If you continue to create inappropriate pages such as Neo-Brahmanism, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Again, the article violates Wikipedia's fundamental rule WP:NPOV. NawlinWiki 04:07, 17 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
