The sourcing is very weak and does not show that Kramer is notable according to Wikipedia's definition of notability. The draft is much more focused on the company Lemonada Media than on Kramer herself, but there isn't really anything to show that the company is notable, either (here are the criteria for companies).

Please read WP:CITEKILL. A short statement of fact like "She partnered with new publishing house Spiegel and Grau" does not need six sources; in addition, those six sources are a slightly rewritten press release, a brief mention in a report from "Podcast Movement" (which doesn't mention Spiegel & Grau), a New York Times article which doesn't mention Kramer or her company (it is about Spiegel & Grau instead), a press release about Spiegel & Grau where Kramer or her company are not mentioned, a few quotes from Kramer in a piece on podcasting networks (brief mention and nothing about Spiegel & Grau), and this primary source, a bio attached to a YouTube interview with her – again, unrelated to Spiegel & Grau.
