Request reason:
My article always gets declined, if I write full info about the subject its considered promoting and advertising , if I write it neutral its declined and considered missing full coverage what should I do, No one offering help here just decline/block, no one points where the mistake in the article so I can edit/fix it

That's because you are spamming. You've removed the links to the Articles for Creation Help desk and the invitation to the Teahouse. Help was offered. You did not accept the offer. I've never received help offer, nor did I spam, I wrote one article article it was reviewed and declined by admin to add more references to the article, and add more coverage to the subject, I did add more info about the subject and added 3 more different sources and It was declined again for another reason "that I'm promoting , also I did seek help from help desk and not a single one replied to me
Decline reason:
You received much advice on this page according to the edit history, and you removed most of it. Removing posts that communicate with you is considered an acknowledgement that they were read. Your contribution history has no posts to the Help Desk(you may have posted there while logged out).
