Some reasons for reversion: -

Lead paragraph number 4/5 addresses road access to the airport
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perth_Airport#2024_Airport_Masterplan discusses planned rail access
the ext link at the bottom of the article is duplicating http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perth_Airport#Meteorological_services

To separate into 3 diff types of transport ignoring the other parts of the article that mentions - without links is not improving the text but simply showing you might not have read the article closely enough.
