Note that some of these rights are also possessed by the "User" group, or are disabled on Wikipedia. I have made those italic.

  • block: Block other users
  • createaccount: Create accounts
  • delete: Delete pages
  • deletedhistory: View deleted pages
  • undelete: Undelete pages
  • editinterface: Edit Mediawiki namespace and global javascript and css files
  • editusercssjs: Edit any user's personal javascript or css
  • import: Import pages (disabled)
  • move: Move pages
  • patrol: Mark a page as patroled
  • autopatrol: All pages created by this user are patrolled
  • protect: Lock pages from editing
  • proxyunbannable: Can not be blocked by the automated proxy blocker (disabled)
  • rollback: One click revert of edits
  • trackback: [1]
  • upload: can upload files
  • reupload: Can upload a new version of an existing file
  • reupload-shared: Can upload over someone else's file (I think)
  • unwatchedpages: Can see all unwatched pages
  • autoconfirmed: Admins are automatically autoconfirmed
  • upload_by_url: Can upload via a URL (disabled)
  • ipblock-exempt: Can not be blocked by anything short of a user block
  • blockemail: Can block other users from sending email
  • markbotedits: Can mark edits as bot edits
  • suppressredirect: Can choose if a redirect is created on the page content is moved from (disabled)
  • apihighlimits: Can make larger queries to the API
  • browsearchive: Unsure what this is
  • tboverride: Can create pages listed on the Titleblacklist
  • skipcaptcha: Don't need to enter a CAPTCHA when adding external links (if enabled)
  • override-antispoof: Can create accounts that are similar to existing usernames
  • uboverride: Can create accounts listed in the Usernameblacklist
