The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Kumayl Alloo, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. No, I can assure you that I did not know it was wrong while doing it (I recently joined Wikipedia), and that I will not promote or engage with this any further. I'm sorry, but after what I have seen so far, I find it unlikely that unblocking you would lead to productive, non-promotional edits. You joined Wikipedia over 7 months ago for promotion (Special:Diff/1183671992) and that was the main purpose of your Wikipedia editing ever since. When your draft was rejected, you pushed it into mainspace against the reviewer's concerns, made a lot of tiny edits (edit count inflation?) and created two sockpuppet accounts to be able to continue promoting with an impression of multiple people being independently interested in the article's growth, to evade scrutiny or whatever the idea was – it wasn't having an account per device. I believe that having noticed and stopped this was an improvement to the encyclopedia and I personally won't undo that improvement.
