Honda Customers Welfare Association

Honda Customers Association is formed by a group of Honda Customers with the object of protecting their interests as Honda Two Wheeler Owners and also take up the activities for the welfare of the members of the society.

The services of this society extend to the whole of India. The geographical extention of the reach of the services of the society will be informed through the updates from time to time.

Honda Two Wheeler Owners face several issues concerning the delivery of the vehicle, price, accessories, registration formalities, insurance, spare & service, quality of the product, behavior of the dealer & dealer staff and the response of the manufacturer and many more issues.

So far these issues have been taken up for resolution by the individual vehicle owners which may or may not get the right attention or the process may consume more time and money beyond the reach which may be exorbitant also. To give more strength to the vehicle owner, a collective approach through the association will ensure immediate and prompt redressal of the issues involved.

The Association will work in a conducive business atmosphere with in the four walls of the law of the land for the overall benefit of the vehicle owner. The services of the association will be customer oriented with door service, limiting the movement of the customer to very essentiality.

At the association the customer is the real ‘KING’
