If you keep spamming you are only going to get you and your site blocked again so why try?
I have a conspiracy thoery ,,
Why do I have this thoery, I posted this same information of Nigeria satellite on various website.including wiki. And I notice that even the webmaster Of the federal govt of Nigeria website , quickly created a new page on Nigeria population which they also are posting every where.. and I had to argue with various people..on Wikipedia when I saw they claim that Hausa are 29% of Nigeria Population.. using CIA website as reference, When on the 28 of june I check the CIA website, this following information was not on it. I repent was not on it..
"""" Nigeria, Africa's most populous country, is composed of more than 250 ethnic groups; the following are the most populous and politically influential: Hausa and Fulani 29%, Yoruba 21%, Igbo (Ibo) 18%, Ijaw 10%, Kanuri 4%, Ibibio 3.5%, Tiv 2.5% """
But by the next day, the 29 June , CIA claim to have have updated thier information.. and included this information. Which was exact the same information I saw on this website.. that I went into arguement with them on.. May I ask is the CIA, also involve in this conspiracy to bring the south down.. Please check the date CIA updated thier website.. ? Is my life not in danger at the moment.. ? What is the involve of the CIA on this.. ? Why the interest in leaving the census figure the way it is, when we all know it is not true.. ??
Please check the date of update..
Would the CIA, arrange to kill me or what next.. who is behind all this ???

Where did that map come from?
[edit]Yeah, where did you get the linguistic map? — mark ✎ 07:51, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
- Oh wait, I see, you edited Image:Nigeria linguistic 1979.jpg. I actually can't believe you did that. It is really, really very bad to attempt to change the facts to your own liking. Don't do that again. I have deleted the image.
- You are welcome to edit constructively, but if you are here only to make a point, and do not fear to use intellectually dishonest methods in making that point, you'd be well advised to leave. You will not succeed. In fact, continuing your disruptive editing pattern might get you blocked. — mark ✎ 07:59, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
Please source your edits
[edit]Hi. The source you mentioned in your edit summary, this BBC article, does not support your edits; it merely states that the census is controversial. So please do not try to push your point by making unsourced claims.
Instead of edit warring, it would be better if we could talk about the issue in an orderly manner. Please go to Talk:Nigeria and state your points calmly and clearly, that's what the talk page is for. — mark ✎ 08:06, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
Last warning
[edit]Sourcing your edits by adding a source that does not support your edits is disingenuous and disruptive. Stop it and head over to the discussion page instead, or it might get you blocked. — mark ✎ 12:24, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
Blocked
[edit]You switched to your other account, Ashe Black (talk · contribs), to evade this warning and the block that would result. Your two accounts are blocked for 24 hours for edit warring and disruptive editing. While you're blocked, please take the time to read through Wikipedia's policies.
You may come back after the block expires, and you are more than welcome to participate in the discussion over at Talk:Nigeria. Edit warring, however, will get you nowhere. — mark ✎ 16:07, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
Hausa are not 29% of Nigeria
[edit]Mark you claim you about source, where did you get the source to be 29 hausa and yoruba as 20.. Not from the CIA site, nothing like that on that site. visit the site to see no sure information . some sure slip that in to misform people.. Mark this is all i have been trying to tell you all along, that Nigeria society is full of fake data .. can you see how someone fooled you, by putting the figures on wiki, claim it is from CIA.. mark my reference for my information is google earth . download a copy.. and look at the north of Nigeria, and check the south and see , if those figure are correct. Why dont you be the judge of the inform from google earth and see, if you still believe hausa are 29 % of NIgeria population..
And if you motive is that Nigeriaone is spaming, i am sorry, it is not, you have less hits on your nigeria site on wiki, than nigeriaone.. They operate Naija Radio and Naija television online.. So people go there, Naija radio is the most popular Nigeria web radio online, with close to 20, 000 members.. so compare with your nigeria wiki page.. so do not think they are spam you.
- I'm glad we're at least discussing things now instead of edit warring. If you want to discuss on the Talk:Nigeria page rather than here on your own talk page, I would be willing to unblock you; just let me know. However, please don't edit war again.
- The CIA factbook (which I must admit is not my favourite source at all) mentions the following figures: Hausa and Fulani 29%, Yoruba 21%, Igbo (Ibo) 18%, Ijaw 10%, Kanuri 4%, Ibibio 3.5%, Tiv 2.5%. Why are you insisting on having the Yorubas as the largest group? Historically, Hausa and Fulani (which together are surely larger than the Yoruba) were separate, but since the Fulani Jihad they speak one language, Hausa, and the cultural mingling that has taken place is, I think, a good reason, to take them as one group.
- See my arguments on Talk:Nigeria about the Google earth info. Basically, the problem is that satellite images are not good sources for statements on demographics.
- As for the spamming thing, if you get enough hits at Nigeriaone.com, just don't include the links here. Kind regards, — mark ✎ 18:52, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
