I understand, but the content has been added is neither promotional nor out of the topic, if you do a bit research you will find these are the programs that salvation army offer to low income families. more over as per my 14 years of knowledge with wiki, the motive of the wiki to share the information that can help users. the link that your are saying spammy, is a kind of authorities in their niche. i want you to read the content again and rethink on your decision, because as per my knowledge nothing was promotional or spammy.
