Speedy deletion nomination of VThink Technologies
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on VThink Technologies, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. — kikichugirl speak up! 08:03, 13 January 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with VThink Technologies. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. — kikichugirl speak up! 08:15, 13 January 2015 (UTC)
Why "VThink Technologies" was deleted; about your username
[edit]Hi, Vthink developer
There were two main reasons why "VThink Technologies" was deleted.
- It was a clear copyright violation. It was copied almost entirely from the "about vThink Technologies" section of the business's website. At the bottom of every page on the website is Copyrights © 2014 vThink Technologies. All rights reserved. Wikipedia cannot accept text that is subject to copyright.
- It also did not demonstrate why it was important enough to be included in an encyclopedia, in Wikipedia jargon "notability". The general guideline for "notability" is that a topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. The business has no coverage in newspapers or books, or in websites that are not associated with the company.
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. It is not a place to advertise a business.
I also note that your "username" indicates that you that you may be closely associated with the business. If you wish to continue making changes (in Wikipedia jargon "editing") I strongly suggest you request a change of username.
