Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 89.214.146.83. I normally edit wikipedia using a UK based ISP (Andrews and Arnold), and have never been blocked using my UK address. I am currently in Portugal using MEO mobile internet on my usual laptop. I am not using any VPN. I am running Firefox on Linux with privacybadger, https everywhere, and consent-o-matic installed but no other addons. I have removed all wikipedia cookies and retried without success. If the problem is with the way MEO run their mobile internet, please let me know and I will stop trying to edit till I return to England. If the problem is only with my laptop I would appreciate any suggestions for why the diagnostics would think I am using a proxy (which I am not) so I can try to fix it. Thank you. Decline reason:

That IP address is a confirmed P2P proxy. Yamla (talk) 17:40, 2 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
