[edit]Hello, I'm NeilN. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Racism in the United States, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Racism in the United States. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.
If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. NeilN talk to me 03:04, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
AFD's
[edit]Please stop nominating articles for deletion. Some of your nomination statements are pretty odd. --NeilN talk to me 03:09, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
AFDs
[edit]You've nominated dozens of 11 articles for deletion, some only a minute apart. How could you possible have complied with WP:BEFORE? Your comments suggest this is some sort of pointy campaign as retaliation for something else. Even if it isn't, you still need to explain why articles should be deleted. Non-policy arguments like "no English sources" are just silly. I'm tempted to ask an admin to simply close all of your nominations. I'm guessing they would. St★lwart111 03:13, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
This is obviously just an attempt at being disruptive...

FINAL WARNING
[edit]. Please STOP creating these inappropriate AfDs now. Their creation is DISRUPTIVE and if you create one more you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 07:30, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
- That does not seem necessary Kudpung.--Mark Miller (talk) 10:16, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
- Mark Miller: The above warning is an admin warning and will be enacted if necessary and without hesitation to prevent further disruption. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 10:27, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
- I am fully aware of what it is...I am also aware that this does not merit a block...even if they don't heed your warning. You are not engaging the editor, you are threatening them.--Mark Miller (talk) 10:32, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
- MayVenn, don't make another nomination unless you wish to be blocked as the administrator has the tools to do it. I advise taking a voluntary topic ban from making any further nominations for one to two weeks and make a statement on the ANI report to that effect, located at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#Multiple AFDs, minutes apart, obviously pointy.... (click the link and it will take you to the exact report). If you have further questions, concerns or wish direction to some interesting articles to edit, feel free to ask on my talk page.--Mark Miller (talk) 10:56, 5 October 2014 (UTC)

I'm seconding Kudpung here. Sometimes nominations for AfD do become disruptive, and this is the case here. Most articles nominated by this editor are clearly notable and some of the comments they have added to AfDs are extremely insulting. This has to stop. -- Necrothesp (talk) 10:00, 6 October 2014 (UTC)
